Digital Products

Once an order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary download link for your purchase.

You will have 48 hours and 2 download attempts to access your purchase via the link. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to access the link prior to its expiration, either after 48 hours from the moment of purchase or after 2 download attempts, whichever comes first. In such a case, you will be required to place a new order for the desired Product(s).

If you place multiple orders for different products simultaneously, you will receive separate emails for each of the orders placed.

Online Courses

Within 24 hours after your payment is approved, you will be emailed a scheduling form to select your preferred lesson days and times. Please note that only after you have filled out and submitted the scheduling form can the course dates and times be confirmed. 

Online Services

Scheduling forms for mock speaking tests and relevant links and instructions for mock writing tests will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your payment is approved. 

Payment procedures and instructions for some services may vary. Further details will be provided once a service request is initiated.

Order Confirmation

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms). This occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any Product and/or to refuse service to any customer. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order or booking, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or confirmation of any order.

Payment Methods

The Rytway Designs and RytwayED sites accept the following payment methods: Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MasterCard. Payments via PayPal are also accepted for select purchases.

Depending on the country in which you are making your purchase, additional payment methods may also be available at checkout.

Please note that credit/debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.

Prices

The Rytway Designs and RytwayED sites endeavor to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Product. All prices are inclusive of VAT when applicable. We reserve the right to change prices for Products and Services offered at any time and do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
