REFUND POLICY

 

Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.


Exceptions


If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Products from us for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning from the day the confirmation email for the purchase is sent. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Product(s). This does not apply to online courses.


Please note that once you access or download any Product that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Product and it (the Product) is no longer eligible for a refund or return.


Defective products


Rytway Designs is committed to ensuring that all our Products and Products listed on our site and partner sites are comprehensively tested and trialed to meet our strict quality control standards before being made available for purchase. In the event that a Product is found to be defective, please report it in writing to support@rytwaydesigns.com within 48 hours from the day of your purchase (we reserve the right to request documented proof).


Upon determining that it is a quality defect, we will send a replacement to the email address used when the initial purchase was made. 


If you fail to notify us in writing of any Product defect(s) within 48 hours since you purchased the Product, you accept that neither Rytway Designs, its affiliates, nor the original authors/creators will be held liable for any loss, damage, and/or malfunction resulting from your continued use of the Product. You shall also lose the right to have any defect(s) remedied and the right to request a refund, cancellation, return, or exchange.


Online courses


Course bookings can be rescheduled or canceled and refunded up to 48 hours before the first scheduled lesson. Once the stipulated time elapses, it will no longer be possible to cancel/reschedule the course or request a refund.


Individual lessons are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. They may only be rescheduled once each up to 24 hours before the lesson start time, subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject lesson rescheduling requests.


Lesson rescheduling requests must be initiated no later than 24 hours prior to a scheduled lesson. All rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson will be treated as cancellations, which are ineligible for a refund or make-up. 


Online services


Once payment is finalized for a service, that service can neither be canceled, transferred to a third party, nor postponed. Rescheduling may be permitted under certain circumstances; however, we reserve the right to reject rescheduling requests.

Neither RytwayED, its affiliates, nor the original creators/authors will be held liable for any loss, damage, and/or malfunction resulting from using our Product(s) in/with incompatible software, applications, and/or devices.


Refunds may incur a fee.
